Delivery and Returns


We cannot accept for return any containers that have been already opened, including but not limited to liquid products and personal protective equipment (PPE) unless the product was incorrectly supplied, or if at our discretion is deemed to be faulty.

Goods that are faulty or which are different to what was ordered can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Alternatively, please contact if return freighting may be impactable.

Goods cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Any refunds given for returned goods will be limited to the value of the goods or in the case where the goods are faulty or different to what was ordered, then the refund will be for the value of the goods and any freight fees charged.

Refunds are to be authorised solely at the discretion of STC.


We deliver to select destinations in Australia, with delivery times between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

We endeavour to ship goods within one to two working days from receipt of order.

STC reserves the right to not ship goods to some areas at its own discretion. This may be due to excessive freight costs or where it might put STC in conflict with its resellers or suppliers, or another reason. In such a case, we will endeavour to contact the customer and determine whether an alternative arrangement can be made. In the case that STC will not ship to a certain area and a customer has already paid for goods and freight charges, STC will refund the full amount of the goods plus freight charges to the customer. STC accepts no liability beyond the value of the goods and freight paid for by the customer in cases where STC will not ship to a certain location.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
