Application Instructions:

• For Clear Finishes:
  1. Apply one coat of Precat Sealer and allow to cure for 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. Lightly sand with 320-400 grit paper and recoat with Intelac topcoat to achieve the desired gloss level.
  3. For additional coats, allow 2 hours of curing and repeat step 2.
• For Stained Finishes:
  1. Apply the desired stain and allow it to dry as recommended.
  2. Apply one coat of Precat Sealer and allow to cure for 1 hour at room temperature.
  3. Sand with 320-400 grit paper and recoat with Intelac to achieve the desired gloss level.
  4. For additional coats, allow 2 hours of curing and repeat step 3.

Precautions:

• Avoid applying excessively thick coats to prevent film defects and cracking.
• Nitrocellulose lacquers may yellow over time.
• Clear lacquer films will not protect timber from UV light-induced discoloration or degradation.
• Not recommended for vanity or kitchen bench-tops continuously exposed to water or high humidity; use two-component chemically resistant coatings in such conditions.
