DeVilbiss Spray Gun Lube is a silicone-free lubricant designed for the maintenance of spray guns and paint mixing equipment. Suitable for DeVilbiss and most other spray gun brands, it helps keep moving parts operating smoothly while reducing wear on internal seals, packings and needle assemblies.
Unlike general-purpose lubricants, this formula contains no silicone or petroleum distillates, helping minimise the risk of contamination or fisheyes in paint finishes. It is commonly used during routine spray gun cleaning and maintenance, particularly on needle packings, trigger pivots and moving internal components after solvent cleaning.
Regular lubrication can help extend the service life of spray equipment and maintain smoother trigger and needle operation.
