TX11 is a polyurethane hardener developed for use with Ilva TA48 sealer. It plays a critical role in ensuring a strong chemical bond, enhancing film build, clarity, and surface uniformity in professional interior coating systems.

Used primarily in clear polyurethane hi-build systems, TX11 supports reliable performance and efficient workflow across furniture, cabinetry, and joinery. For best results, environmental conditions and mixing ratios must be carefully controlled.

Optimum application conditions:
• Ambient temperature between 18 and 22 °C
• Ambient relative humidity between 65 and 70%
• Substrate moisture content between 8 and 14%

Conditions to observe:
• Application must not occur below 15 °C or above 30 °C
• Drying must not occur below 15 °C
• Ambient relative humidity during drying should be between 50% and 70%
• Store between 0 °C and 35 °C in a ventilated space, away from direct sunlight
• Shake well before use, including after mixing with other components
• Use only suitable containers (polyethylene, stainless steel) for decanting
• Reseal container carefully after each use
