TX19 is a PU hardener formulated for use with Ilva PAS5AB3 white polyurethane undercoat. It ensures consistent curing and reliable film formation while improving sanding, build, and adhesion properties across a range of timber substrates.

TX19 helps establish a smooth, stable base for subsequent topcoats, making it ideal for use on MDF, paint coat board, and interior joinery where durability and productivity matter.

Optimum application conditions:
• Ambient temperature between 18 and 22 °C
• Ambient relative humidity between 65 and 70%
• Substrate moisture content between 8 and 14%

Conditions to observe:
• Application must not occur below 15 °C or above 30 °C
• Drying must not occur below 15 °C
• Ambient relative humidity during drying should be between 50% and 70%
• Store between 0 °C and 35 °C in a ventilated space, away from direct sunlight
• Shake well before use, including after mixing with other components
• Use only suitable containers (polyethylene, stainless steel) for decanting
• Reseal container carefully after each use
