Ilva PU Hardener (TX24)

Description

ILVA TX24 is a professional polyurethane hardener designed for use with compatible ILVA two-pack polyurethane coating systems. It provides the chemical reaction required for the coating to cure correctly and achieve the intended performance of the complete coating system.

Suitable for professional timber finishing applications, TX24 is commonly used with furniture, cabinetry, joinery, interior fit-outs and other timber surfaces requiring a high-quality polyurethane finish.

For best results, always use TX24 at the recommended mixing ratio specified for the compatible ILVA coating system and follow the relevant Technical Data Sheet.

Recommended Application Conditions

For best results:

• Ambient temperature: 18–22°C
• Relative humidity: 65–70%
• Timber moisture content: 8–14%

Application & Storage

• Do not apply below 15°C or above 30°C
• Drying should not occur below 15°C
• Maintain 50–70% relative humidity during drying
• Store indoors between 0°C and 35°C
• Protect from direct sunlight
• Shake thoroughly before use and after mixing with other components
• Use polyethylene or stainless steel containers when decanting
• Reseal the container immediately after use
