TX70 is a polyurethane hardener developed for the Ilva Diamante coating system. Designed to maximise hardness and durability, TX70 strengthens the final film to withstand physical wear and chemical exposure across commercial and residential interiors.

This hardener is suited to furniture, benchtops, cabinetry, and high-traffic surfaces where long-term resistance is essential. Proper preparation, consistent application, and adherence to environmental conditions are critical for achieving the expected performance.

Optimum application conditions:
• Ambient temperature between 18 and 22 °C
• Ambient relative humidity between 65 and 70%
• Substrate moisture content between 8 and 14%

Conditions to observe:
• Application must not occur below 15 °C or above 30 °C
• Drying must not occur below 15 °C
• Ambient relative humidity during drying should be between 50% and 70%
• Store between 0 °C and 35 °C in a ventilated space, away from direct sunlight
• Shake well before use, including after mixing with other components
• Use only suitable containers (polyethylene, stainless steel) for decanting
• Reseal container carefully after each use

The end result of the coating cycle is the responsibility of the user. Always refer to the latest Technical Data Sheet and follow safe handling procedures.
