TX76 is a gloss hardener designed for use in polyurethane coating systems where high clarity, flow, and surface brilliance are essential. Formulated for use with Ilva gloss topcoats, TX76 provides consistent chemical and physical performance and includes yellowing-resistant properties to help maintain the finish’s appearance over time.

The final result depends on environmental and substrate conditions, application consistency, and process control. It is essential to test outcomes in advance for your specific use case.

Optimum application conditions:
• Ambient temperature between 18 and 22 °C
• Ambient relative humidity between 65 and 70%
• Substrate moisture content between 8 and 14%

Conditions to observe:
• Application must not occur below 15 °C or above 30 °C
• Drying must not occur below 15 °C
• Ambient relative humidity during drying should be between 50% and 70%
• Store between 0 °C and 35 °C in a ventilated space, away from direct sunlight
• Shake well before use, including after mixing with catalysts or thinners
• Use only suitable containers for decanting (e.g., polyethylene, stainless steel)
• Reseal the container tightly after use
