When using professional coatings, final results depend on more than just product quality. For best outcomes:
General Considerations
-
Factors like ambient temperature, humidity, substrate condition, and application method all affect the finish.
-
A certain level of material waste is normal during industrial application and does not indicate a product fault.
-
Colour and finish can be affected by how the surface is prepared and the application environment – always test first.
Product Responsibility
-
We guarantee the chemical and physical specs listed in the TDS.
-
If the product doesn’t match those specs, it will be replaced.
-
However, we can’t accept responsibility for the final result due to variations in use.
Recommended Conditions for Application
-
Ambient temperature: 18–22°C
-
Relative humidity: 65–70%
-
Substrate moisture: 8–14%
Important Usage Notes
-
Shake well before use – including after adding catalysts or additives.
-
Apply between 15°C and 30°C.
-
Drying should not occur below 15°C.
-
Maintain 50–70% relative humidity during drying.
-
Use appropriate containers (polyethylene or stainless steel) for decanting.
-
Store indoors, between 0°C and 35°C, away from sunlight and well-ventilated.
-
Reseal containers tightly after use.
Safety
-
Use spark-proof equipment when handling solvent-based products.
-
Never smoke during use.
-
Follow safety and hygiene requirements as per SDS.
-
Always check you have the latest TDS version before starting.
